We reached the edge of the oil spill near the Nigerian village of Otuegwe after a long hike through cassava plantations. Ahead of us lay swamp. We waded into the warm tropical water and began swimming, cameras and notebooks held above our heads. Storm Blew Right By
Cool fresh air here now that the highly energized storm sped through.
I like that song (seriously like it). It’s like slurping… It comes naturally (well, until we are “unconditioned” to it and acclimate to customs) and is encouraged in certain parts of the world. The sound has a liberating feeling to it.

aaaghhh - it’s Friday night again. Why is it always around 7PM when I start to wonder what I should do next? Rejuvenation - exercise. I just wish it stayed 7PM for three more hours…maybe four.
I can’t blame the potato soup- it was good. I think I really love Kava tea with Rooibos.

The other night I fell asleep early… But woke up at 1:30 AM to what I thought was somebody saying, “Good Morning.” This all came from the direction of my blackberry. So was it a dream?! Needless to say, I can’t remember a dream at all. So, I took out the battery and reassured myself that weird things do not happen often. So glad!
